Hendrix was the $100,000 Top Priced Droughtmaster Bull of 2019, a combination of sire appeal, carcass and structural functionality. His sale day stats were very impressive. At 24 months old they read - 908kg - 14 & 8 fats & 144cm EMA. But it was his exceptional temperament, structure, volume, length and overall sire appeal which made him stand out from the rest. He moves effortlessly and held his condition very well through adverse seasons. His fertility is outstanding, both in the collection centre and the paddock.

In 2020, Hendrix semen set a new Droughtmaster Record at $8000 for 5 straws. In his 3 years at Mungalla, Hendrix's progeny fetched over $250,000 including Mungalla 4076 and Mungalla 4095 who sold for $45,000 and $22,000 respectively at MAGS 2022.

Hendrix has 1 son in this year's sale, Mungalla 4761 and unfortunately passed away in early 2022.

Mungalla 2731 is a scurred cow and was an IVF donor cow for the 2020 IVF program.  She has produced 5 calves in total for the stud including 2 retained females. Her sire, Mungalla Django also produced Mungalla 3448 who sold for $34,000 at MAGS 2020 and her dam, Mungalla 1373 is also the dam of Mungalla 4160 who sold for $42,500 at MAGS 2022. She has great length, a tidy underline and a great udder. This year's MAGS son, Mungalla 4761, is one of the standouts.
